Honorable Alexander Akwasi Acquah, Member of Parliament for the Akim Oda Constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana, who also serves as the Deputy Minister of Health, has provided support to his constituents by offering taxis to enhance economic activities in the area.

This information is detailed in a press release signed by Naphtali Kofi Duodu, the Constituency NPP Communications Director.

Naphtali Kofi Duodu verified that the Finance Committee delivered ten out of thirty taxis, as pledged, to drivers who requested assistance from the MP. These drivers aim to both drive and own the vehicles within three and a half years of employment.

He further explained that beneficiaries are required to apply through the local GPRTU and the Member of Parliament’s committee.
